Lyndsey McKinnon is a biblical counselor, author, podcast host, teacher, and public speaker passionate about helping women heal at the root—not just cope. Her work is shaped not only by years of counseling and teaching, but also by her own journey of healing after trauma and an abusive marriage. Through both professional experience and personal restoration, Lyndsey understands how unhealed wounds and distorted beliefs quietly shape how we see ourselves, God, and others. Eyes to See was created to help women break free from lies they’ve carried for years, reclaim their God-given identity, and learn how to live with clarity, confidence, and peace. She teaches with honesty, depth, and compassion—creating a space where healing is safe, practical, and truly life-changing.
Eyes to See is a guided healing journey designed to help women uncover and uproot the beliefs formed through trauma, toxic relationships, and painful life experiences. This program goes beyond surface-level coping by addressing how wounds shape thought patterns, self-worth, boundaries, and relationships. Through biblical truth, practical tools, and intentional teaching, women learn how to recognize lies, renew their minds, and respond from a place of clarity rather than fear or survival. The goal is not just healing—but lasting freedom, restored identity, and the ability to walk forward with confidence, peace, and purpose.
